Divine Mercy for the Dying

The mission of the DMD’s (Divine Mercy for the Dying) is the conversion of the whole world especially those who are Dying.  The moment of death is the most critical moment in a person’s life.  This is where the final decision of a person is made to either love God forever or not.  Our Goal is to give the dying as much grace as possible through our members praying the Chaplet everyday for them and each other.   
 
"Pray as much as you can for the dying. By your entreaties obtain for them trust in My mercy, because they have most need of trust, and have it the least. Be assured that the grace of eternal salvation for certain souls in their final moment depends on your prayer. You know the whole abyss of My mercy, so draw upon it for yourself and especially for poor sinners. Sooner would heaven and earth turn into nothingness than would My mercy not embrace a trusting soul" Jesus to St. Faustina (Diary, 1777).
 
“Oh, dying souls are in such great need of prayer! O Jesus, inspire souls to pray often for the dying" (Diary, 1015). ~Saint Faustina 
 
 "My daughter, encourage souls to say the chaplet which I have given to you. It pleases Me to grant everything they ask of Me by saying the chaplet…. Write that when they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as the just Judge but as the merciful Savior~Jesus to St. Faustina (Diary, 1541).
 
"At the hour of their death, I defend as My own glory every soul that will say this chaplet; or when others say it for a dying person, the indulgence is the same" (Diary, 811).
 
"It sometimes happens that the dying person is in the second or third building away, yet for the spirit, space does not exist. It sometimes happens that I know about a death occurring several hundred kilometers away. This has happened several times with regard to my family and relatives and also sisters in religion, and even souls whom I have not known during their lifetime" St. Faustina (Diary, 835).
 
"'My daughter, help Me to save a certain dying sinner. Say the chaplet that I have taught you for him.' When I began to say the chaplet, I saw the man dying in the midst of terrible torment and struggle. His Guardian Angel was defending him, but he was, as it were, powerless against the enormity of the soul's misery. A multitude of devils was waiting for the soul. But while I was saying the chaplet, I saw Jesus just as He is depicted in the image. The rays which issued  from Jesus' Heart enveloped the sick man, and the powers of darkness fled in panic. The sick man peacefully breathed his last. When I came to myself, I understood how very important the chaplet was for the dying. It appeases the anger of God"~St. Faustina (Diary, 1565).

Also throughout the day and night offer as many prayers and sacrifices as you can through the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary for the Dying Souls throughout the world! Never forget your brothers and sisters that need your help!  
 
To join the DMD’s (Divine Mercy for the Dying) all you have to do is agree to pray one chaplet a Day and this short prayer before or after it.
 
Dearest Jesus, you have said you would grant us everything we ask of you through the praying of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, so behold we now ask you for all our intentions and the Healing, Conversion, and Salvation of the whole world especially those dying today. You have also said that when we say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, you will stand between Your Father and the dying person, not as the just Judge but as the merciful Savior.  Behold we now say this Chaplet in the presence of all the Dying throughout the World Today. We ask all of these prayers and graces in the Name of Jesus and that the whole world joins us. Amen

The Our Father
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
 
The Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
 
The Apostle's Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
 
Then on the "Our Father" beads (before each decade): (Once)
Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
On the "Hail Mary" beads (of each decade): (Ten Times)
For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Concluding Doxology (after five decades):
Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world (Three times).

Optional Conclusion
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself (Diary, 950).
