The Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary
1. And in the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God into a city of Galilee, called Nazareth, (Luke 1:26)
2. To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. (Luke 1:27)
3. And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. (Luke 1:28)
4. Who having heard, was troubled at his saying, and thought with herself what manner of salutation this should be. (Luke 1:29)
5. And the angel said to her: Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found grace with God. (Luke 1:30)
6. Behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and shalt bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name Jesus. (Luke 1:31)
7. And Mary said to the angel: How shall this be done, because I know not man? (Luke 1:34)
8. And the angel answering, said to her: The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the most High shall overshadow thee. And therefore also the Holy which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. (Luke 1:35)

The Visitation of The Blessed Virgin Mary to Elizabeth
1. And Mary rising up in those days, went into the hill country with haste into a city of Juda. And she entered into the house of Zachary, and saluted Elizabeth. (Luke 1:39-40)
2. And it came to pass, that when Elizabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the infant leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: (Luke 1:41)
3. And she cried out with a loud voice, and said: Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. (Luke 1:42)
4. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For behold as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy. (Luke 1:43-44)
5. And blessed art thou that hast believed, because those things shall be accomplished that were spoken to thee by the Lord. (Luke 1:45)
6. And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord. And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. (Luke 1:46-47)
7. Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid; for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. (Luke 1-48)
8. Because he that is mighty, hath done great things to me; and holy is his name. And his mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear him. (Luke 1:49-50)
9. He hath shewed might in his arm: he hath scattered the proud in the conceit of their heart. He hath put down the mighty from their seat, and hath exalted the humble. (Luke 1:51-52)
10 .He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away. He hath received Israel his servant, being mindful of his mercy: As he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed for ever. (Luke 1:53-55)
SPIRITUAL FRUIT: CHARITY

The Nativity of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ
1. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him up in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. (Luke 2:7)
2. And there were in the same country shepherds watching, and keeping the night watches over their flock. And behold an angel of the Lord stood by them, and the brightness of God shone round about them; and they feared with a great fear. (Luke 2:8-9)
3. And the angel said to them: Fear not; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, that shall be to all the people: (Luke 2:10)
4. For, this day, is born to you a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord, in the city of David. And this shall be a sign unto you. You shall find the infant wrapped in swaddling clothes, and laid in a manger. (Luke 2:11-12)
5. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God, and saying: Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace to men of good will. (Luke 2:13-14)
6. And it came to pass, after the angels departed from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another: Let us go over to Bethlehem, and let us see this word that is come to pass, which the Lord hath shewed to us. (Luke 2:15)
7. And they came with haste; and they found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger. And seeing, they understood of the word that had been spoken to them concerning this child. (Luke 2:16-17)
8. And all that heard, wondered; and at those things that were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these words, pondering them in her heart. (Luke 2:18-19)
9. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God, for all the things they had
heard and seen, as it was told unto them. (Luke 2:20)
10. And after eight days were accomplished, that the child should be circumcised, his
name was called JESUS, which was called by the angel, before he was conceived in the womb. (Luke 2:21)
SPIRITUAL FRUIT: POVERTY OF SPIRIT

The Presentation at the Temple
1. And after the days of her purification, according to the law of Moses, were accomplished, they carried him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord: (Luke 2:22)
2. As it is written in the law of the Lord: Every male opening the womb shall be called holy to the Lord: And to offer a sacrifice, according as it is written in the law of the Lord, a pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons: (Luke 2:23-24)
3. And behold there was a man in Jerusalem named Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel; and the Holy Ghost was in him. (Luke 2:25)
4. And he had received an answer from the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Christ of the Lord. (Luke 2:26)
5. And he came by the Spirit into the temple. And when his parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him according to the custom of the law,(Luke 2:27)
6. He also took him into his arms, and blessed God, and said: Now thou dost dismiss thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word in peace; Because my eyes have seen thy salvation, (Luke 2:28-30)
7. Which thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples: A light to the revelation of the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. (Luke 2:31-32)
8. And his father and mother were wondering at those things which were spoken concerning him. (Luke 2:33)
9. And Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary his mother: Behold this child is set for the fall, and for the resurrection of many in Israel, and for a sign which shall be contradicted; (Luke 2:34)
10. And thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that, out of many hearts, thoughts may be revealed. (Luke 2:35)
SPIRITUAL FRUIT: PURITY

The Finding of the Child Jesus in the Temple
1. And his parents went every year to Jerusalem, at the solemn day of the pasch, And when he was twelve years old, they going up into Jerusalem, according to the custom of the feast, (Luke 2:41-42)
2. And having fulfilled the days, when they returned, the child Jesus remained in Jerusalem; and his parents knew it not. (Luke 2:43)
3. And thinking that he was in the company, they came a day's journey, and sought him among their kinsfolks and acquaintance. And not finding him, they returned into Jerusalem, seeking him. (Luke 2:44-45)
4. And it came to pass, that, after three days, they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, hearing them, and asking them questions. (Luke 2:46)
5. And all that heard him were astonished at his wisdom and his answers. (Luke 2:47)
6. And seeing him, they wondered. And his mother said to him: Son, why hast thou done so to us? behold thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. (Luke 2:48)
7. And he said to them: How is it that you sought me? did you not know, that I must be about my father's business? (Luke 2:49)
8. And they understood not the word that he spoke unto them. (Luke 2:50)
9. And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject to them. And his mother kept all these words in her heart. (Luke 2:51)
10. And Jesus advanced in wisdom, and age, and grace with God and men. (Luke 2:52)
SPIRITUAL FRUIT: OBEDIENCE AND WISDOM

The Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan
1. And in those days cometh John the Baptist preaching in the desert of Judea. And saying: Do penance: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.(Matthew 3:1-2)
2. Then went out to him Jerusalem and all Judea, and all the country about Jordan:
And were baptized by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins. (Matthew 3:5-6)
3. And seeing many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them: Ye brood of vipers, who hath shewed you to flee from the wrath to come? Bring forth therefore fruit worthy of penance. (Matthew 3:7-8)
4. And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham for our father. For I tell you that God is able of these stones to raise up children to Abraham. For now the axe is laid to the root of the trees. Every tree therefore that doth not yield good fruit, shall be cut down, and cast into the fire. (Matthew 3:9-10)
5. I indeed baptize you in the water unto penance, but he that shall come after me, is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear; he shall baptize you in the Holy Ghost and fire. Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his floor and gather his wheat into the barn; but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire. (Matthew 3:11-12)
6. Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to the Jordan, unto John, to be baptized by him. But John stayed him, saying: I ought to be baptized by thee, and comest thou to me? (Matthew 3:13-14)
7. And Jesus answering, said to him: Suffer it to be so now. For so it becometh us to fulfill all justice. Then he suffered him. (Matthew 3:15)
8. And Jesus being baptized, forthwith came out of the water: and lo, the heavens were opened to him: and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him. (Matthew 3:16)
9. And behold a voice from heaven, saying: This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (Matthew 3:17)
10. The next day again John stood, and two of his disciples. And beholding Jesus walking, he saith: Behold the Lamb of God. (John 1:35-36)

The Miracle at the Wedding Feast of Cana
1. And the third day, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee: and the mother of Jesus was there. And Jesus also was invited, and his disciples, to the marriage. (John 2:1-2)
2. And the wine failing, the mother of Jesus saith to him: They have no wine. (John 2:3)
3. And Jesus saith to her: Woman, what is that to me and to thee? my hour is not yet come. (John 2:4)
4.His mother saith to the waiters: Whatsoever he shall say to you, do ye. (John 2:5)
5. Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three measures apiece. (John 2:6)
6. Jesus saith to them: Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. (John 2:7)
7.And Jesus saith to them: Draw out now, and carry to the chief steward of the feast. And they carried it. (John 2:8)
8. And when the chief steward had tasted the water made wine, and knew not whence it was, but the waiters knew who had drawn the water; the chief steward calleth the bridegroom, (John 2:9)
9. And saith to him: Every man at first setteth forth good wine, and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse. But thou hast kept the good wine until now. (John 2:10)
10. This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee; and manifested his glory, and his disciples believed in him. (John 2:11)
SPIRITUAL FRUIT: JOY

The Proclamation of the Kingdom of God
1. The people that sat in darkness, hath seen great light: and to them that sat in the region of the shadow of death, light is sprung up. From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say: Do penance, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. (Matthew 4:16-17)
2. And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom: and healing all manner of sickness and every infirmity, among the people. (Matthew 4:23)
3. And to them that sold doves he said: Take these things hence, and make not the house of my Father a house of traffic. And his disciples remembered, that it was written: The zeal of thy house hath eaten me up. (John 2:16-17)
4. He that believeth in the Son, hath life everlasting; but he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)
5. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father also seeketh such to adore him. God is a spirit; and they that adore him, must adore him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:23-24)
6. And they that have done good things, shall come forth unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment. (John 5:29)
7. Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are the meek: for they shall possess the land. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. (Matthew 5:3-5)

The Transfiguration of Jesus
1. And it came to pass about eight days after these words, that he took Peter, and James, and John, and went up into a mountain to pray. (Luke 9:28)
2. And whilst he prayed, the shape of his countenance was altered, and his raiment became white and glittering. (Luke 9:29)
3. And behold two men were talking with him. And they were Moses and Elias, (Luke 9:30)
4. Appearing in majesty. And they spoke of his decease that he should accomplish in Jerusalem. (Luke 9:31)
5. But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep. And waking, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him. (Luke 9:32)
